What makes us different
Simple Enrollment Steps
Meet with our highly skilled BCBA and the Clinical director
We’ll start by getting your contact information and insurance details. We work with most major insurance providers. Then, we’ll ask questions about your family and your child to understand what brought you to us, what other services you may be receiving, and how we can best provide services within your schedule. After the consultation, we’ll confirm your insurance benefits, so we understand what’s covered, and we’ll provide you with an intake packet to fill out.
Observation and Planning
After obtaining pre-authorization to start treatment from your insurance, the Analyst assigned to your case will meet with you. A schedule for observation and measurement will be developed to meet your child needs. You will obtain a comprehensive plan with the goals and methods to change the maladaptive behaviors in your child and develop replacements for them. After being approved by you, this assessment will be sent to your insurance for approval.
Treatment Implementation
It is time to start!!! After your child has been approved for ABA therapy, your behavior therapist (RBT) and your analyst (BCBA) will begin to see your child and implement his or her treatment-plan. These therapies will take place at home, at school, in our offices, or the community
